GREAT foundation volunteers teach spoken English, mathematics and use of computer tools. The NGO regularly conducts personality development and career counselling sessions for these school children.

| Mathematics | Basic mathematics, algebra and geometry. |
| Computer Classes | Basic computer operations, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), typing and internet use. |
| Personality development | Attitude building, time management, stress management, body language, inter-personal communication and mock interviews. |
| Career Counseling | Group career coaching, individual career coaching and aptitude test preparation. |
